Return Policy
Due to safety concerns dealing with Covid19 we are not excepting returns or exchanges during this time. If there is an issue with any of your items and you are within the time frame for return consideration please request an RMA number by emailing us here.
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 15 days of the date received. Elevated Curves will not accept any returns after 15 days.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Elevated Curves product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 24 hrs of receipt via email to support@elevatedcurves.com
. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our P.O Box number but ALL RETURNS do require a RAN RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number and insurance, lost or damaged packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.
If an uninsured package is returned damaged and no damage was reported it will not be available for store credit. If a insured packaged is returned damaged and no damage was reported within one business day of receiving the package it will not receive a store credit at that point this is a issue for you shipment company to handle.
Gift Returns
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or obtain store merchandise credit. If you wish to return a gift item, please follow the same return instructions. Store credit is valid for one year and we will ship your exchange Your free credit can be used on in stock merchandise.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

Defective Merchandise
We take pride in offering our elevated babes the most luxe quality products. We carefully inspect all of our items before shipping. We do understand that some times things happen so defective items must be reported within 24hrs of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. Please do not send back items with any animal hair, as they will be discarded immediately and will not be processed or given a store credit.
Foot Wear
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will not be accepted. Shoes which are not in original condition with scuffs or odors will not be accepted.
