 SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct street abbreviations,  numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Shipping rates & timelines

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from elevatedcurves.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

P.O. BOXES

At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, If you choose to have something mailed to P.O  boxes we are not responsible for any lost stolen items associated with you going against this policy. 

 

Processing time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 5 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 4 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

 

For over night packages all orders must be placed by 1130am CST in order to be received next day. We are not responsible by shipping delays caused by carrier. 

 

Delivery Claims 

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 2 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Elevated Curves does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restock fee and all shipping charges. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.

International Returns

Please follow the same directions for domestic returns.

All Items Shipped within United States Take 7-14 business Days To Be Received by our clients if not sooner

 

International Shipping 

We currently do not offer international shipping. When we do except international orders the shipping information will be as follows:

It Can Take 2-4 Weeks to receive your shipment but in most cases the max is 2-3 weeks..to receive your products we are not responsible for delays in shipments.

Please note: We are not responsible for any extra shipping charges that are charged to the recipient by Customs any additional shipping charges that are charged are the responsibility of the recipient..

Weather Conditions

 is not responsible to delays in shipping due to weather conditions, Holidays or strikes with the postal service.

HOLIDAY 

Shipping items during national and state holidays we are not responsible for shipping delays. Currently we do not offer over night or express shipping options.

Out of stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. Please be patient as it can take up to 7 days for your financial institution to put funds back into your account.
